Here the agents functioning under their buyers brokers are able to represent buyers in the transaction, but with a written or documented form of “Buyer Agency Agreement” which is somewhat similar to the “Listing Agreement” that exists between the brokers and sellers. This particular operational mode is also known as seller agency. The buyer broker negotiates the price and terms on behalf of the buyers and also makes a documentation of the standard real estate purchase contract form.
